The minimum initial investment in the KNX Global Growth Index is USD 100,000. Additional investments can be made in increments of USD 25,000 or more.
All assets within the KNX Global Growth Index are held in custody by Goldman Sachs in segregated accounts. This means your assets are held separately from those of the Investment Manager and the Custodian, providing institutional-grade protection.
Investors may redeem their units by submitting a written redemption request with a minimum of 30 calendar days' notice. Redemptions are processed monthly, and proceeds are paid within 15 business days following the applicable redemption date. A 12-month lock-up period applies from the date of initial subscription.
The fund charges a management fee of 1.5% per annum of Net Asset Value, plus a performance fee of 20% of net new profits above the high-water mark. There are no subscription or redemption fees.
The KNX Global Growth Index is managed by Safa Capital Limited, which is regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) and domiciled within the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The fund operates under DFSA Collective Investment Rules with full compliance oversight.
Investors receive monthly Net Asset Value statements, quarterly detailed performance reports with market commentary, and annual audited financial statements. All reports are distributed electronically.
The KNX Global Growth Index allocates capital across eight major financial centres: New York (NYSE/NASDAQ), London (LSE), Dubai (DFM/ADX), Mumbai (BSE/NSE), Tokyo (TSE), Hong Kong (HKEX), Singapore (SGX), and Shanghai (SSE).
The index targets annual returns exceeding 35%. However, target returns are illustrative and not guaranteed. Actual returns may differ materially. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
